Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026 · Last updated: September 1, 2026 · CityLot at https://citylot.lol

Public by design Anything you pay to put on a lot (name, URL, X handle, note, favicon) is shown to anyone who opens that city. Do not submit information you want to keep private.

This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of CityLot (“CityLot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you visit https://citylot.lol, open a city board, or buy or steal a lot. It should be read with our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

1. Who we are

Service: CityLot
Website: https://citylot.lol
Privacy and support: topdog@puremoney.lol

For access, correction, or deletion requests, email that address with the subject “Privacy request — CityLot” and enough detail to find your listing or payment (city, lot, approximate time, email used at Stripe if any).

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you submit

When you claim or steal a lot you may provide a display name, product URL or X handle, optional public note, optional X handle, and payment method choice. That Listing Content is stored and displayed publicly.

2.2 Payment information

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status, amount, Stripe session or customer identifiers, and the email Stripe collects at checkout, if any. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or bank account numbers on CityLot servers.

X Money and cryptocurrency payments are initiated by you. We store the pending payment note, quoted amount, coin and destination address we displayed, and (for crypto) on-chain confirmation data needed to match the payment. Public blockchains are public. Stripe and X apply their own privacy policies to their services.

2.3 Technical information

Our servers log IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention. We count recent unique visitors in aggregate. We do not use this to build an advertising profile of you across unrelated sites.

2.4 City search

If you type a city that is not already in our seed list, we may send the search string to a geocoding provider (currently Nominatim / OpenStreetMap) to place the board. Do not type personal data into the city box.

3. Cookies, pixels, and local storage

CityLot itself does not require an account cookie. The map and checkout run in your browser.

If you arrive from a tracked campaign, we may store a campaign identifier (for example clk or ptc) in local storage or a first-party cookie on citylot.lol so a later purchase can be attributed. We may fire a conversion pixel to our tracker at clk.launchdock.cloud with a sale amount after a successful payment. That tracker is operated alongside CityLot for our own attribution, not as a data sale to ad networks.

A third-party script from isyourtrafficreal.com may load to help us understand whether traffic is automated. Review that provider’s policy for its processing.

You can block cookies and third-party scripts in your browser. The map and paid listings will still work; attribution may not.

4. How we use information

5. When we share information

We share information with:

We do not rent or sell personal information to data brokers.

6. Retention

Public listings remain while they hold the lot and may remain in backups or “war report” history after they are stolen. Payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, chargeback defense, tax, and fraud prevention. Server logs are kept for a limited operational period unless needed longer for security.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls on the server, and rate limits. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Blockchain payments cannot be made private by CityLot.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and certain U.S. states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Send requests to topdog@puremoney.lol. We may need to verify the request. We may retain information we are required or permitted to keep (for example a payment record after a stolen lot is no longer displayed).

You cannot use a deletion request to unwind a steal or to hide Listing Content that was public while you held the lot, except where the law requires us to remove it.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers run, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will apply going forward. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised Policy.
